We need LARGE suitcases and duffel bags to transport items to Honduras, 
and to share with the families who have children hospitalized at 
Shriner's Hospital. Please drop them off at *27 Captain Miles Lane in

*+++++** AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE** * *+++++*

*Learn a new language, expand your cultural knowledge and increase your 
understanding of the deaf community. American Sign Language is a 
complete, natural language. Mary Christopher will teach Beginning Sign 
Language at Concord-Carlisle Adult & Community Education on *ten 
Wednesdays at CCHS, beginning January 24 and ending April 4, from 7 to 9 
p.m.* Christopher works privately for a hearing family with a deaf 
child, and leads special groups for staff with deaf elder residents. 
Tuition is $150 and includes the text. *Please call Concord-Carlisle

*+++++** SUMMER OPPORTUNITIES FAIR** * *+++++*

*The 26th Anniversary Summer Opportunities Fair will be held on *Monday, 
January 29 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the CCHS cafeteria*. In an effort 
to give students of all ages an opportunity to explore some exciting 
alternatives to their usual summer activities, the Fair brings together 
representatives from over 85 organizations to present information about 
summer opportunities locally, nationally, and abroad. Exhibitors will 
display information on traditional summer camps, special needs programs, 
wilderness adventures, education and enrichment opportunities, sports 
camps, foreign language and student exchange programs, volunteer 
opportunities, and more! Admission is free and refreshments will be 
available. Snow date January 30th, 5:30 to 8:30. Sponsored by the CCHS 
Parents' Association.

*+++++** **ALL NIGHT LIVE** * *+++++*

*The first organization meeting for ALL NIGHT LIVE (the all-night party 
for seniors on graduation day) is *Thursday, February 1, at 7:30 p.m. in 
room A7 at CCHS*. This event needs the help of parents from all classes. 
We are looking for anyone interested in helping carry on this 16-year 
tradition. Come see what it is all about. Thanks!
