Hello again,

	As you might imagine the process for hiring a new principal for a high
school is inclusive. An effort is made to reach out to the various
constituents in seeking guidance on the desired qualities, background,
character, and so forth for the new person. Superintendent Finn, the
school committee, and Kelly McCausland, the Human Resources Director, have
asked me to forward to you a schedule of the "focus groups" that will be
held seeking your input. 

	The schedule is attached to this document. I hope each of you who
receives this will pass it on to other appropriate people in the same
category of constituent. The more people present at these focus group
meetings the better informed will be the search committee as they pursue
the task of selecting a new principal.
