A focus group meeting for students will be held during lunch blocks on
Monday Feb. 2 in A-7. This group meeting is so you can provide input into
the qualifications & personal characteristics sought in the next CCHS
principal. All students are invited, your input is important.

When you think of three things that define our culture today, you think of
iPods, Xboxes and Ken's famous Red Jacket, don't you? Of course you do.
WIQH's raffle gives you the chance to win those icons of pop culture for
only $2 a ticket. Don't delay...get your tickets today from any WIQH
member.

All students are reminded to check the student message board on the window
of the Main office for messages. It is especially important now that
Quarter 2 has ended. There are quite a number student names listed to see
Mrs. Merry. Now if the time to clear up attendance questions before
report cards are printed next week.

The Tenth Annual Battle of the Bands is THIS Saturday. Tickets are on
sale for $15 all lunch blocks this week in the cafeteria.

Sadly, there will be no scifi club this week, BUT we will be back next
week and will show the placecountry-regionJapan sister city exchange
video. We will also have pizza and plan our next field trip. Be there at
scificlub next week!

All students interested in baseball this Spring, there is a brief meeting
on Thursday, February 1 at 2:15 in the Little Theater.

WIQH members don't forget! You need to be selling raffle tickets right
now. ALL members are expected to help with this important radio station
fundraiser. IQH members should also be signing up to help with Battle of
the Bands. If you help out, you get into the Battle for FREE! Come by
the station to sign up and get your raffle tickets.

Scholarship information from Independent Companies is now available
On-Line through the Naviance Program. Seniors should also check that
program periodically to obtain additional information on new scholarships.

Any senior who has heard from a college or colleges regarding their
admission status should stop by the Guidance/Counseling department & let
their counselor and /or Mrs. McDonald know as soon as possible.

Tickets for the Red Ribbon Campaign Charity Concert featuring State Radio
will be on sale in the cafeteria during lunches all week. The concert is
Tuesday, February 6 and the ticket price is $20.
