[CCHS] Concord Voters

REMINDER TO CONCORD VOTERS:
 
Tuesday March 27 the polls will be open in Concord.  There is a debt
exclusion question on the ballot for CCHS improvements.  These
improvements include,
 
The regions share of a new transportation building (currently a trailer)  
$120,000
 
Modular classrooms  $150,000
 
Human Resource and Financial Software    $175,000
 
Heating system upgrades $285,000
 
Science lab fume hoods  $75,000
 
Cafeteria upgrades, including asbestos flooring repair, new tables and
chairs, insulation   $120,000
 
Fire Alarm Detection equipment $170,000
 
Lighting improvements (there is very short payback in energy savings)
$150,000
 
Total:  $1,245,000
 
This vote is taking place in Concord prior to Town Meeting in order to
avoid the expense of calling an election in June.  A vote also will take
place at the April Town Meeting.  Voters in both Concord and Carlisle must
approve this expenditure at the polls and town meetings for it to move
forward.
 
Concord voters, Please mark your calendars and VOTE on Tuesday March 27.
