Attention all students who borrowed copies of Twelfth Night to practice
for auditions - the English Department needs those copies back, ASAP. 
Please deliver them to the English office or Shakespeare's ghost will be
extremely upset.

Do you like eating
multicultural foods?  You should come to the first ever
meeting of the Multicultural Food Club!  It’s on Monday @3:30 in A-5. 
Come discuss our future of cooking and eating delicious food.

Attention Outdoor Enthusiasts!!  If you are interested in trying out Ice
Climbing then now is your chance.  On March 30th, the Outdoor Club is
sponsoring a climbing trip - ON ICE!  There is no experience necessary as
you will be trained on how to do it.  All you need to do is pick up, and
get signed, the permission slips that are outside the Math Office (which
is room S-23).  Permission slips are due today, yes today.  If you have
any questions, see Ms. Giunta.

All interested in sailing on the CCHS Sailing Team this spring there will
be a brief meeting Tues.Mar. 27th in the caf. right after school.  If you
can not make it see Brian Thomsen or Morgan Ward.  Hope to see you there!

This Saturday, the CCHS Step Club will host "Spring Bling 2007 is a
talent/fashion show".  The Step Club is performing along with a dance
group from Alcott and will showcase fashion modeled by some of CCHS' own.
Come out and support the Step Club this Saturday at 6.   They rocked the
Spirit Day performance and are sure to wow you once again.  Tickets are on
sale NOW in the cafe during all lunch blocks. Advance tickets are $7, $10
at the door. Children are $5.

Looking for ways to save your planet from certain doom? Then come to the
Global Warming Symposium.  It will be held here at CCHS on March 24th from
9:00 - 2:00.  Admission is free.  Learn how to stop global warming before
it is too late!

Attention Music lovers!!  Get ready for this year's second Unplugged
performance: Friday, March 30th. Bands: tryouts will be held this Friday
after school in Little Theatre. 

Serious Repercussions will meet Monday from 2:30-4:00 PM in the band room.

Don't forget...WIQH's Impressionist Show is next week so if you can
impersonate anyone famous--or even semi-famous--the radio station wants to
hear your act!  Celebrities, politicians, CCHS legends, historical
figures, and more will all be welcome.  Sign up to perform at the open-mic
style show after school next Tuesday and Wednesday.  Sign up at the WIQH
board in the S Building.

Come learn to salsa today at 2:30 in the auditorium!!  Everyone is welcome.

Attention Sophomores
The RYLA Leadership Conference Applications have arrived.  Absolute
Deadline for application to be delivered to Mrs. Coleman is April 10th. 
Qualifications- leadership potential, good citizenship, desire to attend
the conference,and scholarship.  More information is posted on the window
by Mrs. Coleman's desk.

SPRING PIE placeCitySALE
CC Friends of Cheer is sponsoring a Spring Pie Sale....delicious, freshly
baked, 8-inch Emma Jones Pies (the same ones sold at Idylwilde Farms). 
Pies are only $10 each and will be delivered~to you on April 5 already
baked and ready to serve.~Choose from a selection of~pies~including
Razzleberry, Peach, Strawberry Rhubarb, Key Lime, and other springtime
favorites.~Enjoy a delicious~dessert~and~support the CCHS Cheer Team!~~

Scholarship information from Independent Companies is now available
On-Line through the Naviance Program.  Seniors should also check that
program periodically to obtain additional information on new scholarships. 

The Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Applications have
arrived.  See Mrs. Coleman in the main office.  This is an easy one to
fill out.  Deadline for this scholarship is April 6th.

Scholarship applications for the Eric R. Cohn Education Foundation are now
available from Mrs. Coleman in the Main Office.  Postmark deadline for
applications is April 2, 2007. This is a very easy application form to
fill out. 

Applications for the Albert B. & Evelyn H. Black Fund of Concord have
arrived.  Applicants can receive up to $3,000 in any academic year and up
to $7,500 total.  They must be in the top half of their high school class
or in good academic standing at their graduate institution.  See Mrs.
Coleman for an application.  Deadline is April 20th.
 
Sports Talk – Monday, March 26th 7:30 PM
Concord Carlisle Parent Initiative (CCPI) presents Dr. Adam Naylor, Sports
Psychology Coach, on Monday March 26th at 7:30 PM at Harvey Wheeler
Community Center, 1276 Main Street in West Concord.    Dr. Naylor will
 talk about Raising a Student Athlete:A Family’s Guide for Navigating
Youth and Teen Sports.  Parents, guardians and coaches are invited to
learn about creating an environment for optimal sports performance and
positive 
experience for student athletes. A focus will be given to preventing
burnout while nurturing timely learning of sport and life skills. This is
a free program but donations are appreciated at the door.For more
