Proms and graduation celebrations are just around the corner!
Bedford and Concord Public Schools Resource Officers, Kristen Dineen and
Scott Camilleri, invite you to attend a talk and multi-media presentation
on the liability issues surrounding parents, teens and underage drinking
entitled: “Be a Parent, Not A Pal.”  The program takes place on Tuesday,
May 15, at 6:30 PM at Bedford High School. Atty. Richard P. Campbell will
discuss “Social Host Liability,” which is the criminal and civil
responsibility that may be found when a person supplies guests with
