[CCHS] no phones

Hello to all,

	I have been too busy to notice, but I have been informed that we have no
phone service and have not had any for some period of time today. We
cannot call you at all. you can only call us by an old number 978-318-1400
that is not equipped to handle anything more than a small number of calls.
It only works for incoming calls and is otherwise useless to us. All I can
tell you is be patient. At this moment i have no idea why we have no
service or when it will be fixed.
