[CCHS] graduation 2007

Good morning to all,

	i have been up late and up early watching the various weather forecasts.
Although they are not all exactly the same (Why is that?), they are fairly
consistent. They forecast a high probability of rain this afternoon, with
possible periods of downpour and possible thunderstorms. Given that we
would have about 2000 people sitting on metal bleachers outside, I have
decided to have the graduation indoors. I cannot take a chance and the
odds would not be with me if I did.

	As mentioned yesterday, each graduate has 3 tickets for entrance to the
upper gymnasium and 2 tickets for entrance to the auditorium. We will have
the police and staff manning the doors to check and collect tickets. The 3
guests per graduate will greatly tax the seating and capacity of the gym.
The 2 guests per graduate will slightly overtax the number of actual seats
in the auditorium. Frankly, the auditorium is a much more comfortable
environment if you have an elderly guest who wants to be here. 

	I look forward to seeing you this afternoon. It will be a beautiful and
memorable day despite the weather.
