          DAILY BULLETIN
TUESDAY, JANUARY 22, 2008

Many children in Rwanda suffer from Rheumatic Fever which affects their
heart, especially the heart valves. We are trying to help the
organization, “Teen Heart/Partners in Health,” raise money for operations
on these children. But, we don’t want your money, we just want your old,
used cell phones, and we know CCHS students have old cell phones. They can
be sold for $50 a piece. Please bring them to the main office. And thanks
so much.

Senior Wellness Projects are due TODAY for independent projects. Please
turn in a journal documenting at least 50 hours of physical activity, 4
article critiques and a self evaluation to the box on the 3rd floor of the
library. Students with last names A-L turn projects in to Ms. Slocum's
box; Students with last names M-Z turn projects in to Mr. McGrath's box.

There will be a softball sign up meeting on January 24 in S-9 at 2:30 p.m.

Ever wonder what it would be like to work for ESPN? Here's an opportunity
to find out. Patriot Productions and CCTV are looking for students
interested in filming basketball & hockey games, as well as any of the
other winter sports and activities. Film one game or all--whatever you can
commit to. We'll provide the training; you provide the enthusiasm. See Mr.
Sapp in the English Department or Mr. Paige in the CCTV studio if you can
help.

The library is conducting a student survey. During mid-terms, would you
like the library to be a place for:
A) Silent independent study or B) Regular library rules. Stop by the
library and vote for your preference.
