Due to the large number of cars parked in the student lot and lower gym
lot without visible permits, we will begin towing cars. Sorry, but we
have no choice.
The committee for the Summer Opportunities~Fair would like to acknowledge
and thank the custodial staff for their hard work and commitment for the
success of the fair. In addition, we would like to thank all National
Honor Society students who donated time during exam week to help make the
Summer Opportunities Fair a huge success.
The Battle of the Bands is THIS Saturday night! Don't forget to buy your
ticket soon. Tickets are on sale for $12 during lunch this week. They
can also be purchased at the radio station during the day and after school.
Would anyone be interested in reading to a blind person? If so, please
see Mr. Weinstein for this great community service opportunity.
Parents, please plan to attend two important programs in February. Feb.
5: Join Athletic Director Barry Haley in the Library at 7:30 pm at the
CCHS Parents Association meeting for an open discussion on sports at CCHS.
Feb. 11: Dr. Judith Robinson will speak on Reducing Teen Stress: Parents
and Teens Working Together at 7:30 pm in the Library. Program presented
by CCHS Parents Association and Center for Parents and Teachers.

February 7th~ 7-9pm at the Ripley School Conf Rm 1, 120 Merriam Rd~in
Concord.This event is co-sponsored by Concord SPED PAC and Wayside Youth
and Family Network.~ The panel will include the following experts

Families for Depression Awareness; Barbara Whitcomb from See A New Sun
Foundation/ Member of the MA Coalition for Suicide Prevention; Deborah
Garfield, Director of Clinical Services, Eliot Center, Concord; ~Mark
Shelford, from the psychiatric triage services Emerson Hospital Emergency
Department; Moderated by Anne Sullivan of Wayside Youth and Family Support
