Parents,
Could you use some help to know what limits to set for your teen? Are you
too lenient, too strict? How can you help him/her become independent, yet
stay safe?
Rick Irving, a clinical social worker with Andover Public Schools, who has
spent 30 years working with children, families, and schools, returns to CCHS
on Monday, March 31, to give parents practical ideas, and a few laughs,
about helping their teens through these years. The program that Rick
delivered last fall to a large group of CCHS parents was so popular that
they asked if he could return to speak on other issues. So, save a few hours
next Monday evening for this exceptional speaker.
This program is offered by the Center for Parents and Teachers and the CCHS
Parents Association. It will be in the CCHS Library at 7:30 pm.
Pre-registration is appreciated: amartinez at colonial.net or 978-202-1146. A
free-will offering will be collected at the door for future programs of the
Center for Parents and Teachers.
Hope to see you there!
