Attention Juniors: If you are taking the SAT this Saturday or later in
June, you might want to check out the prep session for the verbal sections
Mr. A. is offering early ------Gasp ! 6 AM -- --- this Thursday and
Friday mornings. Learn basic strategies and write a sample timed essay
he will critique for you. Sign up in the English office to reserve a seat
and refreshments. No walk-ins, please. 2009 ROCKS!
A four session class in SAT II Physics Review will begin on Sunday May 4
from 2:00-5:00 PM at CCHS.

The deadline to submit poems to the 2008 Paula Sirois (pronounced ser-OY)
poetry contest has been extended to Wednesday, April 30.
There is a yearbook meeting today in room S-18 at 2:30.
The winner of the library raffle was Hannah Warner. Hannah, please come
into the library and pick up your prize.
Election packets are available in the main office for any students that
would like to run for a position in student government. Packets are due
TODAY.
Calling all Students, Parents, and Alumni: Two long-time teachers here at
Carlisle Public Schools are retiring this year. Lynn Walker and Daryl
Greenwood have both taught at CPS for many years, touching the lives and
hearts of hundreds of students who have passed through our doors. Please
come celebrate with us, as we honor them on May 22nd at 3:15 pm in the
Corey Dining Room. We are creating memory books for Lynn and Daryl.~
Please send your memories of~these outstanding educators!~ Write a note,
add a picture or drawing on 8.5 x 11 inch paper. Send your memory by May
