DID YOU TAKE YOUR DRIVER EDUCATION TRAINING WITH A&A AUTO SCHOOL?

A&A Auto School provided instruction at CCHS for the period Fall 2006
through Summer 2007. If you participated, and if you have not completed
all of your instruction and follow-up communications with A&A that are
necessary for your driving text and licensing, please notify Court Booth,
Director of Adult & Community Education, right away. The Community
Education department and the Registry of Motor Vehicles are working to
assist any students who may be affected by the closing of the A&A Auto
School.

Please provide:
1. Student Name
2. Parent Name/Address/Phone/Email
3. Semester course taken
4. Amount of classroom or driving or observation time still required
5. and note if you have the student attendance card or other records of
participation
