Come to JSA TODAY in H-03 from 6-7 to discuss a surprise topic. All are
welcome! REMINDER: Winter Congress permission slips are due to Mrs. Glazer

THE CCHS NEWSPAPER, THE VOICE, WILL BE HOLDING A MEETING TO ASSIGN STORIES
AND PHOTOS FOR THE JANUARY ISSUE ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON, IMMEDIATELY AFTER
SCHOOL, IN ROOM H-16. ALL ARE WELCOME. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
CC's A cappella club, the ForCCmos (fore-SEE-see-mose), is meeting this
afternoon in the chorus room, I-6, from 2:15-3:15. ~Join us and sing with
no music! ~Joy and happiness will be served.

Interested in Statistics? Want to combine your love of mathematics with
athletics? Maybe you have the voice to get others excited about CCHS
Sports? If so, WIQH wants you in the booth for the big game! Any student
interested in calling play-by-play action on the radio station this winter
should stop by the radio station now and ask to speak to either John, Ned,
or Carl.
Come celebrate the New Year with sci-fi club TODAY at 2:30 in H-12! Free
pizza, discussion and maybe even a showing of Doctor Horrible. All are
welcome!
This Friday at Film Club at 2:30 in H-12, come see Alfred Hitchcock's
psychological thriller, "Vertigo", the story of a retired policeman who
falls in love with the mysterious woman he's been hired to follow. Snacks
will be provided.
All juniors and seniors interested in taking the Advanced Placement
English Literature exam in May should attend a short informational meeting
next Wednesday, January 14, in H14 from 2:10 to 2:30 directly after
school. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Woodnal in the English
department.
Starting TODAY there will be a microwave located in the cafe for students
to heat their food. Students are welcomed to use it for bagged lunches
from home, and any other food item they would like to heat up. The
microwave will be available D, E, and F blocks.
Start the New Year off by coming to this Friday's dance! Tickets will be
sold all week during all three lunch blocks in the café.
