The Fitness Center will be closed this afternoon. 

ALL NHS CANDIDATES REMEMBER TO SUBMIT YOUR CALL SHEETS TODAY.

Attention Academic Bowlers.  There will be a 5 minute meeting after school
today in S-20 in preparation for tomorrow's tournament at MIT.  See Mr.
Atlas if you have any questions.

It's Live Band Friday at WIQH today.  No, U2 can't make it but "Stones
Unturned", featuring CCHS's Kyle Landon on drums, will be performing live
at WIQH this afternoon at 3:30.  Stop by if you're in the area or tune in
to 88.3 FM today!

There will be a yearbook meeting on Monday after school in room S-8; all
are invited to attend to contribute t
o the yearbook. 

The Multi Cultural Food Club meeting has been changed to Thursday the 19th
at 3:30 in A-5.  We will be cooking delicious food.  Please bring $5 to
Ms. Lucier, Jay Stephens, or Giles Pettingel by Wednesday the 18th.  See
you there!

Attention all seniors volunteering at the St. Patrick's Day luncheon this
Saturday:
There has been a change in time and there will now be ONLY ONE SHIFT FROM
11:00 - 2:00. Also, all volunteers should wear khaki pants, a white shirt,
and any festive green accessories. If you would like to sign up for this
community service event or have any questions, please see Sam Dweck.

Win FREE Celtics Tickets by participating in this years FREE March Madness
Tournament Bracket Competition hosted by the Sports Forum. Simply turn in
your bracket at next week's meeting on Wednesday the 18th for a chance to
win two Celtics tickets. Brackets, which will be available on Monday the
16th, can be found in the halls, or by contacting Ian Boynton, Lucas
Morrill, or Mrs. Lucier.

A reminder to all juniors:  History Consortium sign ups are due TODAY. 
The Course--From Columbus to Mickey Mouse: Empire and Globalization--is
being offered at Weston during the fall semester.  Applications are due on
Mr. Hoblitzelle's desk by 2:30 PM on Friday.  Don't forget to have your
applications in by the end of the week if you are interested.

Students: If you filled out a Match Maker in homeroom, please return it to
the Match Maker Box in the Main Office no later than TODAY.  Results will
be available in late March for $3.

ATTENTION ALL SENIORS
TRANSCRIPT MONEY IS DUE NOW.  YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR CAP & GOWN UNLESS
THIS IS PAID IN FULL.  PLEASE INFORM MRS. TESSARI OF YOUR FINAL DECISION
OR OF ANY OTHER PLANS THAT YOU MAY HAVE FOR THE YEAR FOLLOWING GRADUATION.

HELP FIGHT CANCERDo you know anyone fighting Cancer, anyone who is a
cancer survivor, or anyone who is a special person who has died from
cancer?  Help us support Cancer research by donating money or a thoughtful
letter describing that special person who has had to fight cancer.  For
every letter written and passed in, a dollar will be donated toward the
Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund at UMass Medical Center in Worcester.
Letters and donations will be collected every lunch block or in the main
office anytime of the day.Make a difference in the fight against Cancer!
This fundraising effort is made by the students in Mr. Hehn's Insights and
Understanding and Challenge classes.  They have read "The Last Lecture" by
Randy Pauch, and wanted to act on his inspiration.  
President's Volunteer Service Awards Application extended to March 15th

ALL CCHS STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE. A student may apply; a teacher may
nominate a student.~This award is given to students who have demonstrated
outstanding volunteer service for at least 100 hours of community service
over the course of ANY 12-month period during your high school career.
