There will be a yearbook meeting on Monday after school in room S-8; all
are invited to attend to contribute to the yearbook.
Alec Ahee please see Mrs. Trainor in the Main Office.
Patriot Productions and CCTV need a camera crew for Saturday morning. This
is a great opportunity to learn to use a professional-quality video camera
and what goes into shooting on location. Plus, it's worth community
service hours! If you're interested in film & TV and can help out, see Mr.
Sapp in the English office or Mr. Paige at CCTV in the I-Building.
POETS !!
Its time to get your work ready to submit to the 2009 Paula Sirois Poetry
Contest. Each year the English Department holds a competition in memory
of Ms. Paula Sirois, an English teacher at the high school who was a
published poet as well as the longtime advisor to Reflections.
Entries should consist of two or three poems, and should be submitted to
Mrs. Cox in the English Department office by April 8. The poets name
should not appear on the work; a number will be assigned each contestants
poem upon submission.
Contest open to all: enter your work!
On Saturday, March 28th from 9 to 2pm, please come to Changes and Choices:
A Community Forum on the Economy and the Environment at CCHS
It is Free and open to the community. Speakers, workshops, films and food
will focus on the global changes and local choices that we face today.

Alex Noble PLEASE bring the Fencing TEAM photo to the Yearbook Office, the
CD submitted before did not have the picture. If ANYONE has the JV BOYS
BASKETBALL TEAM PHOTO, PLEASE bring it to the Yearbook office AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE. We do not have these photos, and need them. Thanks! Any

Attention all BookPALS participants! Our last trip to the Condon School
in Boston is next Tuesday, March 31! This is the best trip of the year as
it includes cake and games! See Mr. Woodnal with any questions!
Willard Talent Show: volunteers needed! 3-5 high school students to sell
refreshments during intermission. Friday, April 3rd at CCHS. 7:30 - 9 pm.

Restorative Justice Guru Visits Concord
The grandfather of restorative justice, Howard Zehr, PhD, will be
speaking at Trinitarian Congregational Church in Concord TONIGHT from
7.15-9.00 p.m. Zehrs visit marks the progress of Communities for
Restorative Justice in serving local communities in the wake of crime.
CCHS students have been volunteering for the organization since its
inception. Zehr is also an avid photographer; his portraits of victims,
offenders, and children of prisoners will also be on display. The CCHS
Advanced Photography Class will welcome him as a guest speaker earlier in

VOTE EARTH on Saturday, March 28, 8:30-9:30pm - YOUR LIGHT SWITCH IS YOUR
VOTE
This year, Earth Hour has been transformed into the world's first global
election.~ Switching off your lights is a vote for Earth, or leaving them
on is a vote for global warming. The World Wildlife Federation is urging
the world to VOTE EARTH and reach the target of 1 billion votes, which
will be presented to world leaders at the Global Climate Change Conference
in Copenhagen 2009.~ This meeting will determine official government
policies to take action against global warming, which will replace the
Kyoto Protocol. See Mr. Nichol for more info.

host a master class taught by the celebrated dancer and teacher Germaul
Barnes. For intermediate and advanced level dancers Germaul is a former
principal with Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company where he received~a
New York Dance and Performance Award (Bessie), He was also recently
honored with the Summer Stages Dance/Baryshnikov Arts Center Artist
Residency for 2009, and will be teaching modern technique at the Summer
Stages Workshop this July! Preregistration is recommended. Space is

Concord Trails Logo Design Contest~
How would you like to see your art all over town?~ Design a logo for the
Concord trail entrance markers to be placed on town conservation land
throughout Concord.~ 1st Prize is $100 Gift of Concord Gift Certificate
(and logo selection) 2nd Prize: $50 Gift of Concord Gift Certificate, 3rd
