[CCHS] junior off campus privileges

Attention Junior Parents and Juniors:

Now that the nicer weather is here, we are getting reports of juniors
leaving campus during your lunch block without off-campus permission.  For
all of those who have open-campus privileges and think you have off-campus
privileges, you actually don't!  

Please come to the main office or get in this week's homeroom packet an
off-campus permission slip for you and your parents to read and sign. 
Yes, it will look almost exactly like the one you signed for open-campus
privileges, but we need new signatures to allow for you to go off-campus
during your lunch block.  In addition, you need 20 hours of community
service hours completed, no violations of the open/off campus privileges
during the first semester, and payment in full for materials previously
not returned.

At this point, no junior has off-campus privileges.  Come and grab a new
permission form, make sure you have satisfied all of the other criteria
and get the forms back to us as soon as possible!  And remember, the
privilege to leave campus is only available to qualified juniors for D, E,
and F blocks.
