To All Chorus students: Please bring your full uniforms on Friday and
remember that you are being dismissed at 1:45pm.
Come to [fore-SEE-see-moze] ForCCmos, CC's very own a cappella club. ~We
will be learning new music in preparation for our concert in June.
~ForCCmos meets in I-6, the chorus rooom, on Wednesdays from 2:15-3!~Bring
your excitement and joy!
Come to Film Club this Friday at 2:30 in H-12 and watch "Spirited Away" by
the masterful animator Hayao Miyazaki, in which a young girl finds herself
trapped in a world of spirits and monsters overseen by the nefarious
Yubaba and her mysterious henchman, Haku. Snacks will be provided.
Should schools be allowed to strip-search students? Where is the line
between student rights and school rights? Come to JSA Wednesday from 6-7
to discuss. All are welcome.
Inconceivable! Come to Sci-Fi Club TODAY at 2:30 in H-12 to watch the
Princess Bride. Free pizza, all are welcome.
Please celebrate spring by coming to the CCHS little theater on Thursday,
April 2 at 2:30 to hear Michael Goodwin deliver the last Ruettgers Lecture
of the year entitled: Bird Migration and the Sum of Human Knowledge.
Willard Talent Show: volunteers needed! 3-5 high school students to sell
refreshments during intermission. Friday, April 3rd at CCHS. 7:30 - 9 pm.

Come join Commonwealth Ballet for their 23rd Annual "A Little Night
Dancing" performance on April 11th at 7:30 PM. There will be many talented
and spirited performances so come and enjoy the show. Tickets will be sold
at the door for $10 if you are a student and $12 for adults. The
performance takes place at the R.J. Grey Junior High School in Acton, MA.
MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR
Donate blood at the 8th Annual Nick Ressler Blood Drive on Saturday, April
4 ~Over 300 blood donors in our community stepped up to make a difference
to Concordian, Nick Ressler, before he died of cancer at age 14 in 2001,
now others need the same help.~Join other community members and Nicks
friends and family by rolling up your sleeve to give the lifesaving gift
of blood to those in our community who are in need of the specialized
treatments Massachusetts General Hospital, Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary,
Shriners Burn Institute for Children and the Spaulding Rehabilitation
Hospital provide.~ Massachusetts General Hospitals bloodmobile will be at
the Hunt Recreation Center, 90 Stow St., Concord, on Saturday, April 4
from 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM.~ If you are~between the ages of 16 and 65 you may
be eligible to donate. New guidelines now allow 16 year olds to donate
with parental permission. Community service hours are available for high
school students.~ To allow for convenience and efficiency in donations,
appointments are requested.~ Call Pam Ressler (978-369-0869) or Cindy
Tenner~(978-371-0306)~for an appointment to donate.
Public Ceremonies and Celebrations Committee (PCCC) are looking for 12
students to march in the 2009 Patriots Day Parade. These students would be
paired in two's and be banner holders in the parade. The parade is 2.5
miles long and we would need them to report to the Concord Armory by 8:30
AM. Proper attire would be required coat, tie and white shirt~for Boys and
skirt or slacks and white blouse for girls. The parade would get over
sometime around 1PM. Lunch will be provided for them at the Hunt Gym~after
the parade is over.~Community service hours would be available for this
service. Please post notice and we should have their names before April
15th.
