There will be Class Meetings today in homeroom @ 9:25. Seniors
Auditorium, Juniors Café, Sophomores -- Upper Gym, Freshmen -- Lower Gym.

The Rotary Club of Concord is helping out with a drive for children in
Iraq that are in need of school supplies like pencils, paper, binders,
etc. A box is located in the main office, and we would appreciate any help.
There will be a girls hockey meeting in the cafe at 230 on Friday May 1st
for anyone interesting in playing next year. Please attend, all are
welcome.
Need Spring cleaning? Yard work? ~Hauling? Mowing? ~Here is your chance
there is Baseball Team work day on May 16th. ~$12/hour per player and all
proceeds go to the CCHS Baseball program. ~Scheduling morning shifts from
9-12 noon and 1-4 pm, 2 players per shift. ~Call Kate McCandless to sign

Earn two hours of Community Service being a race course monitor for the
Thoreau Elementary School road race. The race will take place on May 17.
Volunteers need to arrive at the Thoreau School at 11:30. Sign up with Ms
Tracy in the guidance office and see Ms Hibben should you have any
questions.
Students, looking for a community service project in which to get
involved? Speak to Mrs. DesLoges in L-3 ASAP. Students are needed to
help out with the Water Conservation Challenge. It will only require a few
hours of your time and it will be for a great cause: to help bring
drinking water to El Uval, a municipality of our Concord Sister City in
Nicaragua. Please consider getting involved!

The sophomore semi is on Sat. May 2nd!!! Tickets are 20 dollars, and are
on sale this week during lunch blocks in the cafe.
It's time, once again, for the Faculty Follies. Every three years, the
faculty puts on a comedy show that has to be seen to be believed. And
yes, there will be another video from Mr. Rivera and Hoblitzelle. The
show will be one night only: Saturday, May 9th at 7:30 in the auditorium.
Tickets cost $15, and will be on sale lunch blocks in the cafeteria
starting Monday. There will be lots of competition for these tickets --
it's very popular among both parents and students. So make sure to get
your tickets early while they last. Also for sale will be packs of all
new faculty trading cards. Start on your collection today!
There will be a service weekend on May 2nd and 3rd. It is an opportunity
for families of the community to hire students to help with household
chores and the students who volunteer may receive community service hours.
Students will charge $10 per hour and all proceeds will be going to a
charity soon to be chosen by the CCHS group "Youth in Philanthropy". If
students or families would like to sign up please send an email to
