[CCHS] CHAPERONES needed Saturday, March 20th for Black & White Dance

***CHAPERONES NEEDED FOR BLACK & WHITE DANCE***

The Student Senate is sponsoring an all school dance on Saturday, March
20th!  Please join us in supporting this social event at the school.

o        Chaperones need to arrive by 6:30 p.m. to greet the students and
stay until 11:00 P.M. to see them out the door safely.   (The B&W Dance
starts at 7 pm and ends at 10:30 pm).

o        The kids are terrific in planning and implementing their activities
but this is where they need our help - the school requires 10 parent
chaperones. 

o        The chaperone's responsibility is to assist with coat check,
dispense drinks and monitor locations throughout the cafeteria and also
entrances and exits. There are administrator & teacher chaperones as well.  

o        The Student Senate is sponsoring this dance.  We know that many
kids don't like their parents to chaperone; however there cannot be a dance
without chaperones.  And it's a fun, safe time for them.
