[CCHS] CCHS Haitian Relief Volunteers needed Friday morning March 19th

Dear CCHS Parents,

 

Tomorrow, Friday March 19th the CCHS Haitian Relief Group (Be The Change,
Student Senate and Class Governments) in coordination with the Parents
Association is sponsoring a fund raiser.  Please consider an opportunity to
support this student effort.

 

All CCHS students have seen the posters: 

 

*	"Have you ever thought about how much money you spend on coffee, tea
or hot chocolate each day? As Haiti struggles to get back on its feet after
the devastating earthquake, every little bit of support counts. 

 

*	"Instead of stopping at Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks on your way to
school or during free blocks, stop by the cafeteria between 7am and 11:30 am
to get coffee or hot chocolate as you donate the money you would have spent
directly to Haiti. 

 

*	"Every dollar counts as we lend our aid to those in need...come on
CC, help out when it matters most!"

 

Parent volunteers are needed to help serve coffee and hot chocolate at the
school on Friday morning in hourly shifts between 7 am and 11 am.  If you
would like to be part of the Haitian Relief Team, please let us know -- call
or e-mail Linda Miller (978-369-0586 or lindamiller321 at gmail.com) of the
Parents Association.
