Let's Spruce Up the School Gardens As A Tribute To Our Students, Their
Teachers And The Staff

As you know, spring has arrived, and a spring clean-up is underway at
Concord Carlisle High School.

With spring flowers in our hearts and minds, let's get together on Friday,
April 23, to clean the brush, leaves, and weeds out of the CCHS gardens
so that all can admire the bulbs, columbine, and other perennials that
parents and students alike have planted over time.

DATE: Friday, April 23 (rain date is Saturday, April 24) See note below.

TIME: Anytime between the hours of 8:00 and noon

WHERE: CCHS - meet by the front doors.

WHAT TO BRING: Baskets or bags for weeds and leaves, weeding tools, small
hand clippers, rakes, and hand rakes.

DONATIONS ACCEPTED: If you are dividing spring or fall perennials and
would like to donate your excess to the CCHS gardens, your plant donations
will be appreciated, but must be spring or fall bloomers.

PLACES TO CLEAR AND WEED: Gardens in the students' courtyard, front
gardens, gardens in the teachers' courtyard, and gardens near the
entrances.

NOTE: If you would like to help out, but cannot make the April 23rd date,
please feel free to weed and clear any time during vacation week. Call if
you would like more direction.
