[CCHS] All Night Live Volunteers Needed

PARENTS YOUR HELP IS NEEDED!
 
ALL NIGHT LIVE IS JUST ONE MONTH AWAY
 
ALL NIGHT LIVE, is an all-night, substance-free graduation party for
seniors, with a 95% attendance rate. It is an elaborate production of
fun-filled activities, gastronomic delights and decorations that transform
CCHS to a wonderful, celebratory oasis for the graduates.   ALL NIGHT LIVE
is a 21-year tradition sponsored and chaperoned by Freshmen, Sophomore and
Junior parents.
 
Please consider joining your fellow CCHS undergraduate parents in
chaperoning/volunteering for one of the shifts below:
 
Saturday, June 12th from 9:15 pm -11:15 pm ----- 12 Chaperones needed
 
Saturday, June 12th from 11:00 pm -1:15 am ----- 30 Chaperones needed
 
Sunday, June 13th from 1:00 am -3:00 am --------17 Chaperones needed
 
Sunday, June 13th from 1:00 am -5:00 am --------12 Chaperones needed
 
 
Volunteers are also needed to help decorating the Cafeteria
 
Friday June 11th  2pm-5pm   ------------ 30 volunteers needed
 
Friday June 11th  5pm-8pm  ------------- 30 volunteers needed
 
And we need 3 parents to help guard the cafeteria during graduation:
Saturday June 12th     12pm-2pm  or   2pm-4pm
