[CCHS] Fwd: RE: Community Service online / open campus

Dear Parents and Students,

This is another important piece of information that I did not send with my
previous email.

Beginning today, students can log their Community Service hours by filling
out a form directly on-line.  Students will receive immediate confirmation
that their hours have been recorded.  You will be required to furnish your
volunteer supervisor's name and contact information, so you should have
that information available when you fill out the form.  Paper forms will
no longer be accepted.  The on-line form can be accessed at
http://2volunteeronline.org/, or from the CCHS home page at "Community
Service at CCHS".  Representatives of the community organization,
2Volunteer, will be in the cafeteria at lunch blocks during the first week
of school to answer student questions about the new system.

Since a number of juniors and seniors who would like to get Open / Off
Campus privileges have not logged their community service hours, this is a
great way to get them updated either before or on the first day of school.
