<strong>NOT</strong> be receiving such a mailing this year.<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"> All yearbook orders are being done through CCHS Yearbook.</b> Additionally, the <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><u>
<span style="COLOR: red">FINAL DEADLINE</span></u></b> for ordering a 2007 yearbook is <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><span style="COLOR: red">Friday, December 1.<br></span></b><br>Ordering a yearbook is easy.<br>
You can find a form in the most recent (November) CCHS Newsletter.<br>If you have misplaced your newsletter, I can email you a form or one can be picked up in the main office with Martha Hammer. <br>Alternatively, you can write the following information down and include it with your check.
<br>- Student Name<br>- Year of Graduation<br>- Home Phone Number<br>- If you are ordering a yearbook with a name stamped on the cover what would you like written (please write VERY clearly).<br><br>Yearbooks without a name stamped on the cover cost $75.
<br>Yearbooks WITH a name stamped on the cover cost $80.<br>Checks should be made out to CCHS Yearbook<br>If you are ordering multiple yearbooks, you may write one check.<br></span></div>
