you to send to your 6,8 and 9-12<sup>th</sup> grade parents. Per MA law this
notification letter must be sent to all parents of students in Grades 6, 8 and CCHS
who are slated to take the survey. The letter explains the history of the
survey, Emerson’s involvement and the importance of the results of the
survey to Emerson and the towns participating. Parents may preview the
survey at Ripley, if they choose, by contacting Kathy Codianne. The survey is
the property of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Emerson</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Hospital</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> therefore
parents may not copy it or be sent a copy. If parents have specific questions
regarding the questions in the survey the letter instructs them to call me at
